Q: Can you deliver my headshots the same day of my appointment?
A: Yes, we can work with same-day deadlines. We charge a $50 rush fee to move your headshot to the top of our to-do list.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: We can accept last minute bookings, but we ask that you call the studio before arriving so that we can confirm our availability to serve you. The number is 615-299-7669.

Q: Can you match the background in our pre-existing company headshots?
A: We can match any background photo or color. You will simply email a photo containing the background that you need to match to info@nashvillecorporatephotography.com and request that we use it for your company’s final image(s).

Q: Can you deliver my headshots as a PNG file with a transparent background?
A: Yes, you can request this in the notes section during booking.

Q: Can I bring a friend, co-worker, or family member to my appointment?
A: You can bring one person to accompany you during your appointment, but others may have to wait in our lobby due to the limited space in our headshot studio.

Q: Can I bring children to my appointment?
A: Any children must be supervised by an adult who is not being photographed.

Q: Can you provide a group photo of my team at your studio?
A: We can photograph groups of up to 3 inside our studio, and we can provide a composite image for larger groups. To create a composite image, we photograph your team members individually and then Photoshop each person into a group photo for a polished final image. Composite group photos work well when the entire team cannot meet for one session, or if you predict rapid team growth and want to add new hires as they join.

Q: How long does it take to receive my final images?
A: We email a proofing gallery within 24 hours. Once you submit your favorite image(s) for us to retouch, we deliver final retouched images within 2 business days. Turnaround times may slightly vary depending on our volume.

Q: Are my proofs retouched?
A: We deliver proofs without retouching so that you can make retouching requests according to your taste. All headshot packages include retouching for final images.

Q: Can you get rid of my double chin or slim my body in retouching?
A: Upon request, we can remove unwanted features in the retouching phase.

Q: What kind of retouching do you provide?
A: There is no limit to what you can request during the retouching phase. Your headshot should be a beautifully polished, recognizable image of you.

Q: What if I am not happy with my retouched images or want a few more changes?
A: We will rework your image(s) as many times as needed to reach your desired results at no additional charge.

Q: Can I get a refund if I hate my photos?
A: If we fail to provide professional results in areas such as lighting, photo quality and timeliness, we will certainly provide a refund upon request. However, we do not provide refunds for elements that are out of our control. We encourage clients to invest in professional hair and makeup services, and try on clothing choices prior to arriving at our studio to ensure that they are confident in their appearance before picture day.
